These rates shall not be posted or published in any promotional materials or brochures.

The rates must not be accessible on the Internet in any form. Rates are subject to revision in case of any change in government policy or change in park entrance fee structure.

We reserve the right to revise or modify the special rates offered in exceptional circumstances.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS

• All bookings without advance payment will be treated as tentative. Management may release the booking without prior notice if payment is not received.
• Full advance payment must be received 45 days prior to check-in.
• 25% deposit at the time of reservation; balance must be paid 45 days before arrival.

GROUP BOOKINGS (GIT)

• GIT rates are applicable for 10 paying guests and above.
• For 15 paying guests, one bonafide Tour Leader will be complimentary.
• For 10 paying guests, the Tour Leader will receive a 50% discount.

AGENT VOUCHERS

• FIT bookings – 30 days in advance.
• GIT bookings – 45 days in advance.
• Final names and rooming list must be submitted at least 30 days before arrival.
• If the voucher or advance payment is not received on time, the reservation will be cancelled.

ROOM BLOCKING (12 Rooms and Above)

• For blocking 12 rooms or more, one night advance deposit is required at the time of booking.
• If the deposit is not received, the management reserves the right to release the booking.
• This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to any other group.

BOOKING CHANNEL

All bookings must be processed through the Nammadus Office. Bookings made directly with the hotel will attract the Published Tariff.
